The English designers' plush toys are sometimes quirky, sometimes cute, but always unique. They stand out not only for their appearance, but also for the exceptional softness of the fabrics used.

Where did the brand name come from? It was invented by a child who loved jellies and cats - the charmingly naive combination clung to the cuddly plushies and has remained so.

The toys are designed in the UK - the brand works with creators in London and around the country on an ongoing basis. Initially, the range was limited to a small line of soft cuddly toys. Over time, the number of available designs, colors and shapes grew, and the plush family expanded with more remarkable individuals. The common denominator for all cuddly toys was one - the softness of luxurious fabrics combined with cool designs.

Jellycat toys became so popular that the company quickly expanded its audience by opening to the American and then Canadian markets. Soon Jellycat plush toys also landed on store shelves (and in children's rooms) in Europe, Asia and Australia.
